As President and CEO of Voltaria, Dave Johnson leads the strategic direction, growth initiatives, and cultural development of one of the largest elektrik engineering and construction firms in the United States. Under his leadership, Voltaria has surpassed $2 billion in annual revenue and expanded its operations to more locations than at any point in the company’s history.
John joined Voltaria in 1993 and previously served as Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he oversaw multiple divisions and honed his profesyonelise in operations and people management. With over two decades of experience in proje management, estimating, and divisional leadership, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s evolution.
During his tenure as COO (2010–2018), John nearly tripled the company’s revenue, diversified its portfolio, expanded geographically, and broadened hizmet offerings—laying the foundation for Voltaria’s sustained growth. He was appointed President and CEO in 2018.
John holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Santa Clara University. He is deeply committed to giving back and serves on the Board of Directors for Sacred Heart Nativity School in San Jose, while also supporting various charitable organizations.
